Discussion Forums - Questions about SwapaDVD

I had a vacation stop til 5/31.  I clicked to cancel it and got a message saying it was no in order at this time.  I tried listing a dvd that was wished, got a  message that it would be on hold til I got back from vacation.  I wrote to dvdswap yesterday and they haven't acknowledged it with even a "we got it message", any ideas?

John,  I think it's working now.  I can see the movies on your tower.

I clicked order and it worked then I exited out to withdraw from the order. 

A little off-topic. But is anyone else putting their account on vacation hold, only to get an email that a wl movie was granted? Or is it a user error?

12/2022 - put the account on vacation hold for about 3 months. Granted wl movie 1/2023

01/2023 - So put the account back on vacation hold for about 6 months. Another movie granted wl movie 2/2023

I did it before and had zero issues. So I'll try it once more. :) 

Your account is on vacation. You scheduled your account to be on vacation starting 2/4/2023 and return to active status on 2/4/2024.

I'll be back sooner, just going to be very busy for the next 4+  months.

Joe: If you have anything on auto-request, the system will process your request (given you have the credits and money available) whether or not you are on vacation hold.
