Is anyone else mailing items with printable postage, but the tracking is not scanning into the Swap site? I've shipped a few items recently, and none of them are showing up in the system, even though the USPS site shows multiple scans of each item.

Yes I am experiencing the same issue. Also the auto generated emails are not working as usual. I have not received any recent emails lately.

Seems several functions have gone out of whack since the last "update" which was an early morning about a week ago.

Yes, we have noticed a new issue in some areas of the country, of USPS delay in transmitting scans of their tracking numbers to our system. This can happen if they change their software without telling us. It's very frustrating, and we are very sorry about this! We are working on a fix. We do hope to have this issue fixed soon! In the meantime, if anything is declared 'lost' by our system, please let us know and we'll look into it!  

The email notifications seem to be having problems again as well. My last email was on Monday night, even though there have been transactions and PMs in my account since then.

Kevin, I'm not receiving e-mail notifications, either.

Is this still a problem for anyone else? None of my packages are showing up in the tracking system on the site, even though they're scanning into the USPS system.

I contacted the admins about this issue. Here is their response from August 24th: "Yes, we are currently working with our online postage provider to resolve this issue. We're not receiving the USPS scans, so you will receive the Instant Credits, but Quick Credits will be delayed. We will resolve this issue as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience!"

Obviously, we're STILL waiting... And yes, it is frustrating. If they can't get the system fixed, they should be refunding or discounting the printable postage until it works as described. Just my opinion.

Yes, I've mailed 5 items with Printable Postage and none have showed up in the system. USPS shows them well on their way, but that information has not been sucessfully transfered to Swap-a-DVD.

I mailed 7 packages on Saturday morning at my local post office.  They were scanned less than one day later in Warrendale PA.  Pretty quick travel from Michigan.

It might be working now.  I sent 3 packages via SWAP postage last week.  The tracking info wasn't there yesterday morning, but the details are there this morning.

Yes, it looks like it's working again.
