I have a requestor right now who received a DVD from me two weeks ago, but has not marked it received. I have sent two PMs asking them to mark it received, with no repsonses. This is not an isolated incident. Some people ignore PMs and take forever to mark an item received. It's like passive agression or something. How do others here deal with this situation? |

Unfortunately, the only way to guarantee your credits in a timely manner is to use printable postage. Even if you have tracking which shows the package was delivered, SwapaDVD will not give you your credits until either the member marks it received, or you use printable postage and pay the $0.55 fee.
