Given the recent negativity created by Kat I thought it might be helpful for those of us who have received 1 or more item thru the Bazaar to share our experiences. Please state what you got, who you got it from, and for how many credits. I will start. I have received

Smallville Season's 1 and 2, Michael A.(Micah), for 6 credits

Without a Trace Season 1, Natalie P.(consma), for 3 credits

Quantum Leap Season 1(unpostable),  Lindsey H. , for 3 credits(Also I am #1 in line for a postable copy so if someone wants it PM me)

Monty Python and the Holy Grail Extraordinarily Deluxe Edition(Unpostable missing the Soundtrack), Kevin B.(Mushrat), for 1 credit

Hulk Special Edition(2003) and Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman Season 1, Jean S.(Icepeanut), for 2 credits(Didn't actually get this thru the Bazaar. I PM'ed her about the two and asked if I could get a deal on them and she offered them both to me for two credits.)

I have had NO bad experiences thru the Bazaar.

I got Dark Angel Season 1 Brand New from Jessica, AKA Jessybird for 4 credits.

And Garth Brooks, box set from Tiffany (Heytiffy) Brand new I sent to my Mom.

Both really great deals.

ETA: OH, plus Eric J (stunner)was kind enough to send me one of my very much WL titles because he was wanting to help out after I got burned. I did send him a credit for it, but NOT because he asked. He was being very, very kind.

Buffy season 1 from Holly D.(QuantumSpark)  I think for 2 credits

&

Buffy seasons 2 & 3 from Dave M.(dvdaddict)  for 10 credits for both sets

I also recieved a mix of dvds and vhs tapes from Kellie K.(hpck1969).

All three of these went very smoothly, they shipped them fast and they all arrived in perfect condition.

I got 19 empty cases for a credit from John H. It was a good deal. I got two more deals on the way to me. When I get them I'll edit and add them to this post. Let's see...oh yeah, I ordered Juno from Kat, uh...nevermind, that one didn't work out.

I got an Incubus (William Shatner) DVD from Melikedvd.  It arrived real quick.

Darwin sent me an O-Ring box for my copy of Death Proof which I got from Amazon. He gave it to me free. No Charge.

At least you are 1 for 2 right now. Oh I also have Star Trek the Next Generation coming in from someone.

Somebody posted two seasons of Deep Space Nine I think. That must've been you that got those.

I think the best stuff I've gotten has been unpostable!

I myself have not gotten anything as of yet through the Bazaar trading(Unless you count me looking for 2 for 1 deals,then yes,technically i have.),however,i did trade an item through the Bazaar.

I gave Knight Rider Season 3 to Joni G. -3 disc set ,i gave it to her for 2 credits.

A lovely person, Carla H. (Pioneerheart) sent me the VHS of my favorite movie, A Little Princess,  for free!  I didn't have a credit at the time, so she sent it to me.  I am very grateful for it.

I also had a positive experience trading some Turbo Jams on the Bazaar with Kimberly M.(elsie).

I believe these are my only two Bazaar experiences, but both were great!

I've gotten quite a few dvds from the Bazaar, and have no problems (yet).

Thanks, everyone!  I have gotten some great dvds through the Bazaar, and so far, so good.   The scammers seem to get found out rather quickly, it's just too bad some members lose credits to them.

I've had good experience with the Bazaar!  I just recently got a beautiful Collector's Tin of Sherlock Holmes boxed set -5 disc set for  only 2 credits from sdlibrarian (Rebecca S.) - Very friendly and super fast shipping!  It was a good experience!  LOL -Becky-

I had an excellent experience on the bazaar.  I think it was HeyTiffy who was doing a 3 for 2.  I got the movies very quickly in great shape. Thanks so much!! I will say that when I'm considering doing a bazaar deal, I look at the profile and see how many they have sent and received and how long they have been around.  I'm just cautious that way  :O) So all that to say make a profile and let others see your trade stats  :O)

I've also made numerous successful bazaar deals with other members on my end.  I love the DVD Bazaar, I check it every day (sometimes a few times a day), to find more great deals!
