Help Center - All About SwapaDVD Money

SwapaDVD Money is what you use to pay your per-Swap Fee of $0.49 per item.  It is also how you purchase Printable Postage.

Whenever you receive a request to mail a DVD you can print postage directly onto your DVD wrapper. Mailing a DVD has never been easier!

How to put funds into your SwapaDVD Money account:

• You can do this from the SwapaDVD Kiosk.  To get to the Kiosk:
  • Click Kiosk in the toolbar at the top of any page on the site and choose SwapaDVD Money there OR
  • Click the green + sign on your SwapaDVD Money account balance at the top of your account page OR
  • Click the link "Add SwapaDVD Money to Your Account" on your Wrapper Settings page

• You can put any amount between $0.01 and $100.00 in your SwapaDVD Money Account.
• You can use PayPal, a major credit card, or mail a check or money order to SwapaDVD headquarters to do this.
• There is a $0.50 flat transaction fee for each Kiosk purchase, which applies no matter which payment method is used.
• You can see your SwapaDVD Money account balance at the top of your account page, next to your credit balance. It also appears on the Wrapper Settings page when you go to print a wrapper.
  • You can click the green + sign on your SwapaDVD Money account balance in both places to add to your SwapaDVD Money account.
