The plus is that you can replay this DVD again and again, so its clear to see...this is a bargain! I purchased the DVD a month ago. Christian demonstrates basic routines in developing the chest, biceps, and shoulders. His candor is charming as he offers insights during the workout. You will find the advice on proper form is indispensable. The diet and nutrition section is a bit Spartan, but no one ever got in shape without a little sacrifice. I got sick the first week I tried it. But, into the third week I do feel energized and my body is firming up. It's too bad this is the only Christian Boeving workout."
