First of all, the title implies that Shoulder, Chest, Ab exercises will be demonstrated. In reality, there are only a handful of shoulder exercises, and one ab exercise. There wasn't a single exercise specifically targeting the chest muscles, and there were some arm exercises which I didn't expect to see at all. False advertising if you ask me. The other problem I had with the DVD is that about 60% of it is Brian Wade simply posing, showing off his muscles and smiling at the camera. I think ICON did a terrible job producing this DVD and as a result, I will never purchase another of their productions. I don't fault Brian Wade, but I wonder if he ever actually watched the final product because if he did, I think he would be embarrassed. I recommend you pass over this one." |
