What does it mean by this?
EDIT part below: So today, my next door neighbor, which is an old lady in her late 80's early 90's came by my door and dropped off the dvd telling me it came to her house on Saturday. I can understand that the PO made a mistake and dropped off my mail in her mailbox and she had to open the wrapper that the DVD came in. I know that she's old and probably can't see well and thus mistaken the name. I'm not so much mad at that part. What I'm mad about is I'm not sure if the DVD is RWAPable now or not because when the neighbor gave me the DVD, it had a piece of meat stuck on the back of the DVD. I took off the meat and try to play it and the DVD isn't playing. I try playing it on my mom's dvd player and my computer and won't work at all on the dvd player but will freeze after a couple minutes on the computer. I don't know what to do in this case. Any advice? Last Edited on: 7/18/11 6:53 PM EST - Total times edited: 1 |

Seems like it has happened before www.swapadvd.com/forum/topic.php?t=19020
Did you ship the DVD using First Class mail or Media mail? Last Edited on: 7/16/11 1:16 AM EST - Total times edited: 1 |

It's actually coming to me. SwapaDVD sent me an email asking if I received the DVD yet and I haven't and just thought I'd check and that's the only thing showing. I know it may not get scanned but just thought it was weird to have the unknown. I'll take a look at the link you provided. Thanks. |

That's actually different from mine. That person has the unknown with the locations but mine just says unknown with no locations as to where it's at. |

Try putting the delivery confirmation number into the actual USPS site. Sometimes the information is different as it doesn't transfer correctly. |

If you RWAP mark it damaged by USPS because of their stupidity the old lady opened your dvd and ruined it. Last Edited on: 7/18/11 7:53 PM EST - Total times edited: 1 |

I agree with Kathryn and RWAP as damage by post office. That way it's not your issue or the sender's. Chalk it up to post office error. |

As for the DVD, perhaps you can go to a video store to have it cleaned/resurfaced? |
