"OK this movie is one example of low budget movies.
The movie has no plan, bad camera angles, and it looks like the most student movie of all time.
The fight seen tries to do editing but its wack.WHY,cause the movie is so low-budget that they can filter the sound effect to make it look like if he break his arm or shot him.
OK,I will give this movie a break. But hey, this movie is not worth (the amount)(...)"

"American Chinatown is one of the most unintelligent movies ever made. An Asian-American gang member named Jong helps out a young woman n trouble and falls in love with her. Jong is mafia boss Eric's enforcer. Robert Z'Dar plays Eric the mafia boss and the girl is Eric's adopted sister. When Eric finds out Jong is dating his sister, he flips out and won't let his sister date a ruffian. He doesn't just tell Jong not to see her, but he stabs Jong in the stomach and then tells him he can't see her. Eric locks his sister in her bedroom, but she escapes. She finds Jong working on a boatyard. Jong was trying to hide out, but he decides to get back together with her. Now they just have to hope that Eric doesn't come after them.

So the plot is incredibly stupid, but the acting and directing are also as bad as it gets. The way the actors deliver the lines made me cringe. It seems that every scene was just one take. Some movies are so bad they are good, but this is not one of them. Robert Z'Dar is a bad actor, but he is by far the stand out in this movie. And Z'Dar has a very interesting face. He looks like a cartoon.

The fights are actually not that bad. There is nothing interesting about the fights, but there is some good leg work and some of the punches look semi-real. Unfortunately, the speed and timing of the actors ruins the fights. If there was someone who could choreograph action and someone who knew how to edit fight scenes, the fights could have been good.

0.5/5

The picture quality on the 1st Miracle Pictures DVD is bad but watchable. Sound quality decent, but the dialogue itself is the main issue. I could only take about 10 minutes at a time. It took me over a week to finally finish this movie.

"China offers it's master! Chinatown, the air is locked in a veil of secrecy. A sect of the Triads control the streets and no one can move across Chinatown's borders without the Triads permission. A complication arrives in the form of Lily, the adopted sister of Young's Triad Boss. Eric Yong is torn between his love for Lily and his commitment to uphold the Triad's honor. Yong must choose between love which he has never known or the possibility of dying for Eric, who hates him. He cannot run from destiny or hide from fate. Chinatown will be the ultimate test of Eric's honor. Cast: Henry Lee Robert Z'Dar Liat Goodson"
