Further we climb one of the surrounding hills and we visit Sacsayhuaman, old citadel and religious place overlooking the city, where is held, even today, the most important religious festival of the Incas, IntiRami. We end our visit in two other sites around the city, Puca Pucara, an old citadel guarding the road to Cusco, and Tambo Machai, nicknamed also the Inca Bath.« less
