Member Movie Reviews Sharon F. (Shar) from AVON PARK, FL Reviewed on 8/21/2023... Another wonderful "fishy" film made for the entire family, especially if you love dolphins or animals in general. Granted, it's a little cheesy acting, especially the on the kid's part, but all-in-all, a great family movie. Synopsis: Kevin and Holly are thrilled that their dolphin friend Bernie has come back to the harbor. But so has their old enemy, Winston (Kevin Sorbo), who's just gotten out of prison. As the kids have fun with playful dolphin Rascal and sassy parrot Mango, Winston is forced by his old partner to help kidnap the talented Bernie.
