Both of my children love this video! They are 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 years old. It is both educational and entertaining. I would highly recommend for preschoolers who like Barney.

One thing I also really like about this particular DVD is that there is a nice menu at the beginning with several options. You can just play the entire episode, but there is also an option to just play all the songs scenes from the video (back-to-back). There is also an option for a story where there is an alphabet book shown on the screen and then Barney's voice reading it aloud as they show each page. I think you can also choose to read it on your own without Barney's voice reading it. There are a few other menu options as well, some of which we haven't even tried yet. I think one is some kind of interactive games. My point is, it is a well-designed DVD. Also, there are NO previews or ads at the beginning of this video. For those of you with preschoolers, you know how frustrating that can be when your child is waiting for the video to get going! When you put this dvd in, it pretty much goes right to the menu -- NICE!
