Wow, this is a Power walk! I did the whole DVD in one shot and it includes a warm-up, cool down and 4-1 mile segments varying in intensity. The first mile is led by Bob Harper and is the lowest in intensity yet still includes sprint intervals, the 2nd mile is led by 2 of the contestants ( I don't remember their names..) and uses light handweights. The 3rd mile is led by Bob again and is probably the most intense mile, it is more of a jog than a walk for most of the segment, with intervals of jumping jacks and sprinting. The last mile segment is the 2 contestants again with a walk using a medicine ball(I used a five lb dumbbell instead.) I wore my Fitbit and by the end of the full workout I had logged 8500 steps! Of course, you have the option of going at a lower intensity than the instructors give but I tried to stay at the high intensity options for the majority of the workout. I thought it was a great workout and a great option for walkers who may be outgrowing Leslie Sansone or may want more of a challenge.
