Easier Tae-bo workout but one of my favorites too!

"I bought this after trying it out from the library and really liking it. I own five of the Tae-bo advanced workouts--the older ones on VHS that are about 55 minutes long each and kick your ass--and this one is definitely easier, but lots of fun and the workout I'll reach for when I want something not TOO hard but that will make me feel like I did work out that day. Also when I was in the highly fatigued phase of my pregnancy, I'd do about half of the Favorite Moves just to get my heart rate up for 20 minutes; no way I'd be able to get through any of the others.
I think the thing that makes this workout easier is there seems to be a lot less repetition of each move, so it's a nice medium-impact, light sweat cardio workout but none of my muscles get tired like they do with the other Tae-bo videos, and my heart rate doesn't ever get as high. Most of the most common Tae-bo moves are here with a little less kicking and a couple of dance-type steps. At the end there's a section on the floor doing butt and abs, then he adds in a couple of things from the Boot Camp workout (btw I didn't like the Boot Camp workouts very much; this is more classic Tae-bo.). Actually, if you ever did the "original" advanced Tae-bo video--the first advanced one he did--the Favorite Moves reminds me of it a lot, albeit a little shorter and easier.
If you are expecting something like those harder advanced Tae-bo tapes, you may not like this one. But I'd recommend it if those are a bit hard or you want to do Tae-bo on a given day but want to take it a little easier.
