First time to watch this it was a little intense. But after that I really enjoyed it and could see all the little details I missed the first go round. Started to keep but decided to share.

This movie is just plain cool.

First, the cinematography is just out of this world. Some of the angles in scenes are just stunning, not to mention innovative.

Acting is .... hey its Denzel Washington, have you ever seen if do a bad job? I haven't, and this movie was no exception, awesome! Angelina Jolie, steps it up in this role, and plays her part in an incredibly believable fashion. Queen Latifah is just cool, and Ed O'Neil, plays his part to the capitol 'T' well done.

The character development and continuity is marvelous. Everything falls into place each character acts the way one would expect the real person to in their place.

Writing is amazing, and they do a great job in maintaining suspense and action, without losing the story. This is one of those stories that is most thrilling and frightening because it actually could happen.

You won't want to pause or 'step out' on this movie, so make sure you have your munchies handy. This movie is a keeper in your collection, even knowing the ending doesn't ruin it.

No pun intended but Bone Chilling front start to Finnish. This is one that you don't even catch on to whom the bad guy is till then last second.

Now a bedridden quadriplegic prone to life-threatening seizures, forensics detective Lincoln Rhyme (Denzel Washington) gets a new lease on life with a sharp young beat cop (Angelina Jolie) who's a wizard at analyzing crime scenes.

She does field work while he deciphers clues and as they narrow the search their lives are increasingly endangered. The killer leaves little pieces of paper at each crime scene and with the help of Denzel's home care nurse who is a wiz at puzzles they put the pieces together.

(5 out of 5 stars)

"After an accident in a tunnel, a forensics expert is left as a quadriplegic who is able only to move his head and one finger. Setting his finger to a computer, he is able to manipulate his environment with the help of a loving nurse. Even so, fearing seizures that could leave him a vegetable, he plans his "transition" with the help of a hesitational doctor friend. That all changes when he is confronted with clues from a serial killer that obviously are pointed to forensics investigation. The case clearly re-invokes his interest in life. A sharp, young cop's quick thinking saves the first crime scene. Recognizing her talent for forensics, he brings her unwillingly into forensics detection. Through radio contact, she becomes his eyes and legs on the scene. Michael Rooker also appears as the police captain, who has bungled earlier killings by the serial killer and is more interested in the press than in good police work. Ed O'Neill and Luis Guzman are support staff who aid Washington and run interference with Rooker. This is a great movie with a great storyline and great actors. This movie had me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire movie. A movie that will keep you guessing and all though it. Very entertaining thriller.
