Member Movie Reviews Laureen A. (SgtSlum) from TAYLORSVILLE, NC Reviewed on 6/11/2010... This DVD of the Fit to Strip set is actually a WORKOUT. I have so much fun dancing with this series, and I feel it the next day... but disc 2 is not dancing it is an actual workout with an instructor. If you are not sweating... and shaking at the end of this you go 'head with your bad self. I would definitely recommend this as a workout, not as fun as the dancing, but will get your butt in gear! 1 of 1 member(s) found this review helpful.
