The Children of the Corn series continues to become worse with each new film released. The first film was far from great, but was at least entertaining in a cheesy way. The return of John Franklin as Isaac had potential, but the filmmakers had no clue what they were doing. This is a standard sci-fi channel original movie quality excuse for a horror film. Complete waste of time.

Hagan is so right! Sequels seldom work as well as the original but if the film was successful the "powers that be" often feel the need to bleed more $$ out of it! However, sometimes a sequel can be considered yet another chapter in the book, and in this case the book was written by the unparalleled Stephen King!
666 is scary and it is a story that holds up pretty well on its own. Starring Nancy Allen (Carrie, Dressed To Kill), John Franklin (Children of the Corn, Child’s Play), William Prael (The Collector, Law & Order)
and Stacy Keach (Up in Smoke, Mickey Spillane’s Mike Hammer). Franklin is back to play Isaac and he’s scarier than ever! You might enjoy this one and add it to your Stephen King collection!
