Priscilla B. from OCEAN PARK, ME Reviewed on 10/19/2010... I loved this movie. Richard Gere was fantastic as always. The amount of talent in this film was amazing. Farah Fawcett, Shelley Long, Helen Hunt, Laura Dern, Tara Reid, Kate Hudson, live Taylor, Janine Turner and more. Even the extras were amazing. The story is about a gynecologist who's wife played by Farah Fawcett has mental problems. One of his daughters played by Kate Hudson is getting married and the other is a conspiracy theorist. In comes the other woman played by Helen Hunt. Dr T has a wonderful life until one day it all falls apart. Surprising plot turns keep you guessing as to what will happen next and the ending is totally not what you would expect and something I have never seen in a film of this type before. Movie ReviewsOnly For Farrah Fans To Buy a Bad Movie! Perry R. Johnson | Atlanta, Ga. | 10/18/2009 (2 out of 5 stars) "Richard Gere is prominent Dr. T the gynecologist. The opening scene has Mr. Gere looking at an elderly lady during her gynecolgical check up. From the opening scene, you think this movie would be funny. However, a talented cast was wasted in this mediocre script. Poor Farrah had only a few scenes but did have third star billing. She does do a nude scene in the shopping mall's water fountain. The other cast is in small scenes as well, with maybe the exception of Helen Hunt. Shelly Long is funny in her role as Richard Gere's assistant, who is secretly in love with him. The lesbian sequence should have been eliminated because it was very small and didn't add much to the plot of the movie. But then again, the movie doesn't really have much plot. Anyway, if you are a Farrah fan and want to collect all of her movies, add this to your collection in her memory. However, I for one am glad that I only spent $1.99 for this dvd. Sorry to the Robert Altman's fans."
