What can I say about this movie that others have not? Let's go down the list: funny- check, chaos- check, romance- check and on top of that, throw in crazy chick played perfectly to the t by Anna Faris and you get Just Friends. The premise is basic: Teenage boy likes his best friend and wants to get out of the friend zone, but though he had good intention, it does not pay off. The movie was fun to watch because we could easily relate to Reynold's character. To me, Reynolds was perfect for this role because he has this douche like persona that one hates but at the same time, referencing to the character he played in the movie feels bad for because no matter how hard he tried to get the girl, his behavior and action proved otherwise. So be prepared to laugh from beginning to end because I definitely did. Like it or hate it, it's just one of those movies that one should give a chance.

One of the worst movies I've ever watched. Me, my sister and some of her friends went to Blockbuster a few years ago to pick a movie to watch. We walked around for more than 30mins and eventually settled on watching a movie that would be funny. We settled on "Just Friends" thinking the commercials seemed cool what could go wrong. The movie started off fine but descended into cr*p. The movie just had me shaking my head. This movie needed a better script because the story idea had great potential but at the end of the movie I was left wondering where the end of the movie was. It just fell flat and we regretted not picking Memoirs of Geisha instead.

This is one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time. It's very cleverly written and the performance of these comedic actors is top knotch. I watched it twice, which is very unusual for me with a romantic comedy. This one does have some romance in it, but the comedy is its over-riding virtue. There is some slapstick variety of comedy, which I am usually not a fan, but the fabulous comedic timing is what makes this a winner.

My husband is not big on watching movies - it's a chore for him to not dose off before it's over - but I coaxed him into watching this one with me (my second viewing), and he stayed awake and laughed out loud with me.

Though nothing like it except for the terrific comic timing, I enjoyed this one as much as I did "Bridesmaids" with Melissa McCarthy et al. A big plus... Ryan Reynolds is one of my favorite comic actors.
