You want to have fun with this but at the end of the day, neither a keeper or worthy of a rewatch!

This movie got a lot of bad press when it was released and therefore was not seen by a lot of people. I feel it is a very underrated film worth a shot if you never have seen it. There are some classic Jim Carrey comedy moments. Richard Jenkins is also good in this but when is he not great?

There are many people who loved this movie, however, I was not one of them. This is NOT a family movie in my opinion. There was sexual content(they talked about it, and there were hints that they were soon to do it, also as a joke, they said prostitution was an option for money), alot of language (the f word was used at least once, the b word (both of them) was used multiple times, the s word was used several times, and God's name is used incorrectly many times), and...what morales did this teach?? They were poor, so they went out and stole things. PLEASE, consider what you want your kids to be seeing before you sit down and watch this movie. For further information, go to Pluggedin.com. Hilarious movie! Jim Carrey and Tea Leoni work well off each other and some of the scenes they have together are non-stop laughs!

"Dick and Jane are in love and living the American dream--until one day it becomes an American nightmare. When the company Dick works for becomes involved in an Enron-like scandal and he takes the rap, Dick and Jane are forced with the prospect of losing everything. After playing by the rules and getting burned, Dick has an idea: If stealing was good enough for his boss, then it's good enough for him. Using his newfound skills, he and Jane decide to exact hilarious revenge and teach big business a lesson. If you are a Jim Carey fan, you will laugh and have a very good time watching this movie. I think it's the perfect comedy, it's a movie that you sit back, relax and watch on the weekends.
