Movie Reviews

Yup, It's GONZO!! and I'm addicted!!

"Well, what can I say.... This series deffinatly is not what I expected, however I still have to say that I am really enjoying it!! The stories follows a boy named Hajiki Sanada and his strugles to try to support his family after the passing of his father. Hajiki works as a delivery boy for a local delivery service in a town known simply as Night Town. When he is asked to make a special delivery to an unknown buyer, he stumbles upon a small stone known as a Gad, which is is mysteriously facinated by. Eventually his conection with the Gad increases as he witnesses the Gad evolve into a giant robot known as a Techode. Though the series starts off very slowly, it has alot of promise in terms of a clasic Mecha Story Line. I wouldn' recomend this series to just anybody, however if you are a fan of mecha and do not think that Evangellian is the only good mecha out there (which it's not), than you would probably enjoy this series, so check it out :)"
Best Anime Ever Made...

"I first saw this Aime on G4TechTV, and the first episode I saw I was hooked. For anyone who likes Animes involving huge robots and a lot of plot, along with a lot of action, you will like this series. With this one you get the series box too, so this is the better version to buy."
Great to the end, but what else...

"I also first saw this anime on G4TechTV and was intrigued and mesmerized within moments. This anime has so much to offer, even more than just action with giant robots.

The character development is second to none. As you get to understand each character's ideas and beliefs you soon discover that they are fighting for their own personal reasons while sticking together to accomplish something greater that they don't yet understand nor really know about. Each character has a unique background and it is told in such a rich manner that you come to not only understand each character's actions and reasons behind them, but you also begin to feel as they do. With each ordeal each character overcomes, a new chapter is opened up and in the end you can see how the characters have changed and evolved from the beginning of the show...

The plot is great as well. These are not your typical giant robots as they are created in such a unique fashion and the whole story behind their creation is so well developed that you will want to watch it over and over again because you get that drawn into it all. With each new location comes a new challenge they must overcome, yet some fall and others blaze right through as if nothing where there. Each new location is wonderfully rendered and you will absolutely love the way each character interacts in each new surrounding as well as how each new area can apply a subtle change to a character's personality.

Overall, this is a wonderful anime and you should not pass up the chance to see it. I personally am waiting for a boxed set to come around, but if you want to you can always rent it before you decide whether or not to purchase it all. In the end, the giant robots and action may be major factors in the anime, the character development and plot/story line are some of the major driving forces. You will not be disappointed if you get this anime and that is a promise..."
