I would give this 0 stars if I could. This is easily the worst comic book based movie ever made. Halle Berry's Catwoman is an Academy award winner compared to this. The Sci Fi channel makes better made-for-TV movies than this. This movie makes me ashamed to call myself a Ghost Rider fan.

This movie focused its attention on the eye-candy, but only for Ghost Rider himself. The rest of the special effects fall short of some TV shows. The camera angles are awful. The dialogue is awful. The plot is awful. The acting is awful (despite having a respectable cast). The sets are awful. The music is awful. The directing is awful.

However, I did find one positive thing about the movie. They make 1 good Twinkie joke that you'll enjoy. Otherwise, watch the first Ghost Rider, and pretend this doesn't exist.

This crap-tacular sequel to 2007's mediocre "Ghost Rider" finds Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) hiding out in Eastern Europe (?), where he's drafted to help protect a boy with mysterious powers from a group of Satanists who, of course, have nefarious plans for him. Many explosions and crashes ensue.

...the first "G.R." was no great shakes but good LORD, this one makes it look like 24 karat gold. The story appears to have been made up as they went along, and the pacing is so sluggish that I found myself checking my watch well before the halfway point. The only good thing I can say about this flick is that the special effects have improved since the first film so Ghost Rider looks more bad-ass than ever.

Ghost Rider is a cool character worthy of a decent film, unfortunately this ain't the one. Avoid!!

Great movie. You can tell it's a new director on this one. It has a bit more humor too. I would recommend it.
