Movie Reviews

A simple and quick overview of last 10 decades
Umar Cheema | Seattle, WA | 10/17/2003
(4 out of 5 stars)

"A good piece of documentary on the disasters and freedom events that took place in the last century. The film was successful in exerting moments of emotion and retroactive energy among viewers. The disaster part mostly focused on natural disasters and to a degree catastrophes brought out by humans.I was more impressed by the freedom section. It was amazing to see people feel what I have never felt, being born in a free country. The organization of events and cinematography along with the background music made the picture a bit dramatic but succeeded to capture viewer's full attention. In the end, I was able to praise all those revolutions brought by the repressed and occupied and at the same time, I was inspired to realize and appreciate the value of freedom as I never did before.Definitely worth watching."
