Movie Reviews

A good start
J. Franklin | Portland, Oregon United States | 09/18/2007
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Much better than I had hoped. Yes, there is much shown about the Allies and the SS in this DVD, but some of the segments, such as the jump school drop in France, is some of the best stuff I have seen. If you are a reenactor for the FJ, this is a must video. Be warned, it has the typical British slant (they won the war, America was just there for fun) but it is a good starting video and something you will want to watch more than once."
What a why to fight a war

"This DVD is terrible. Cannot understand the announcer and nothing is quite clear. The old newsreels are mixed up with the Germans, the American and British. The guy that is the moderator is no help at all.
Not very well put together. Suggest you skip this one."
