As a user of P90X and Tapout XT, I was pleased to find this DVD challenging. I love kickbox workouts, but am not a fan of "dancey" ones. This has a fair amount of martial arts moves. When I want to kick things up a notch, I wear weighted gloves. The DVD contains three 20 minute workouts. The first one focuses on upper body, the second on lower body and the third is more core/abs work. Together, they are one kick butt workout but I appreciate the 20 minute intervals for days I want to do something a little lighter. I would not recommend this for beginners.
