Movie Reviews

So long King of Queens, you will be missed. RIP!
Social Distortion 74 | Lake Tahoe | 07/19/2007

"I'm so happy to see King of Queens 9th and final season will be released September 25th, but at the same time I'm so sad to see it go! It was in my opinion the best, funniest, entertaining sitcom ever on tv. Life will not be the same without Doug, Carrie, Arthur, Deacon, Spence and Danny making us laugh until tears start to fall and our sides split! Every episode was just hilarious and Kevin James and Jerry Stiller could make you laugh just looking at them. All great things must come to an end, but it takes time to get over shows that you feel like you know the characters personally and have been growing older with for years."
This rocks!

"My husband and I have the entire collection of The King of Queens. We have literally watched them each at least a dozen times. Every time we watch an episode it is funnier. Of course, we have much of it memorized and use quotes on a daily basis for our own entertainment! This is our absoloute favorite series and we would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good laugh."
Saying goodbye to old friends

"The King of Queens is the most underrated show of the last decade. Everybody Loves Raymond was great, but K of Q was a much funnier show. The chemistry between the three main characters--Doug, Carrie and Arthur--makes for countless laughs, even when no dialog is spoken. The show strikes a special chord if you grew up middle class in the New York area. I have been an avid fan for from the beginning and am so happy that we don't have to wait too long for the final season to be released. Buy all nine seasons and you will always be among friends."
Something that is lost

"I just started to watch the last season
in re-runs I have to say, there should not been a ninth season.
Everything was thrown out of whack
Really dumb stories character re-writen history
the adoption really , really idiotic,. For Carries
character, wanting to adopt a child,? she hated kids for most
for entire series. In the real world she would not make good
mother nor doug a good father. He probably leave the baby
on top of the car, going to pizza hut.
If you love King Of Queens
I would ignore the last season
And consider the 8th season the last."
