A wonderful story of three women rehabbing an old house for their church so they can support a nursery. It's really about gratitude and gratefulness. Each woman has their own personal issues going on at the same time and how they help each other while helping out the church. It has its funny moments--when they are learning about nails and screwdrivers--and it has it's sad moments too (I won't give away those).

This is a movie worth watching. Of course, Donna Mills is still beautiful, Florence Henderson is a doll, and Pam Grier lends just the right balance of spunkiness to the cast. The movie centers around three women flipping a decripit old house in order to sell it and raise funds for the church's program for disadvantaged children. There are many laughs involved but there is some depth, as well. I didn't quite get a handle on one character but it was minor. The movie is more about loses and new beginnings than it is about anything else. A surprise ending is the right touch. Good family film or chick flick. One to see!
