This is one of my favorite Leslie Sansone DVD's. I can watch this one over and over and not get bored. It's been a big help to me, as it has improved my motivation.

This has 2 older Leslie workouts - 2 mile walk and weight loss walk. weigth loss walk you can do a 4 mile walk or pick from the menu between a 1 mile and 2 different 1 1/2 miles. both these workouts are older from the 90's maybe? and I think have a few extra moves that aren't in her newer ones like lunges and repeaters and grapevines. I like the variety but I was exercising back 'in the day' and enjoy the nostalgia of it all. it's still easy to follow.

Work-at-Home Gals Workout

"If you are working from home and want to take a 20 minute break, you will enjoy the 2 mile walk. Leslie Sansone makes it look easy. Is it? Not the first time. I felt that walking on a treadmill was actually easier. The difference between walkaerobics and simply buying a treadmill is the "price" and "coordination."
Not all of us can successfully complete the grapevine without tripping over our own feet. With that said, she does explain the fancy footwork rather well and I mastered the grapevine in this workout, while still struggle with it in other workouts. For some reason, I just am not as coordinated as some and more than others. It depends on the pacing. This is a fast-paced workout.
Home walking combines fast stepping in place with variations. You are either in one place or moving forward/back or side to side. There are a few times where you do sort of go in a circle. Otherwise, she uses simple aerobics moves and alternates them with stepping in place.
If you enjoy a Pilates or Yoga workout, you could use this as a 20-minute warm-up before your regular routine.
Two Mile Walk:
You can stop at 1 mile or go for two.
Weight Loss Walk:
Segment 1 - She works out by herself in a very tight black outfit. The woman has absolutely no fat on her. That means this walking works? Right?
Segment 2 - Joined by 3 workout buddies.
Segment 3 - Joined by 3 workout buddies.
An easy-to-follow workout which doesn't require too much coordination, but the pace is fast and if you get behind, then you just step in place. (Like, I um had to in places.)
Leslie is has a fun loving personality and presents a friendly upbeat workout without being overbearing. She has created 48 walking programs so you can lose pounds and inches and get sexy all while walking in your own living/workout room.
The goal is to get to 10 miles a week by the 4th week of the program. You start with 6 miles the first week, move to 7 1/2 the second week and should be at 8 1/2 miles by the third week.
Leslie makes you move. Get ready to have some fun and feel the burn. I felt muscles I didn't know I had. I'd like to try more of her workouts.

Easy Enough For Anyone, As Challenging As You Want!

"I bought this DVD shortly after Christmas, with my New Year's Resolution in mind. I started with the Weight Loss Walk, and found I hated it. The moves went so slowly and deliberately that I was exhausted just waiting for the next move. I had to keep stopping myself because I didn't know what was next. That's not to say that this is a bad workout, because my (very overweight) friend swears by this one, saying that it's one of the few workouts that is easy enough for her to do and that goes slowly enough that she can catch all the moves. I moved on to the Two Mile Walk, and found my workout gold! I started with just a basic walking step and minimal arm movement until I got used to the DVD. Now I am lifting my legs higher and higher, putting more and more oomph into the arm moves, and even strapping on ankle weights and grabbing hand weights to make it so it continues to challenge me. I like staying with this DVD, because the steps are so simple compared to many, and it really fits my basic cardio requirement -- it keeps me moving. I gave it four stars instead of five, because Leslie jokingly teases a fellow worker-outer about being able to keep up, and this woman looks pretty embarrased. I don't think that anyone who's brave enough to appear in an exercise video in spandex needs to be teased about keeping up, no matter how humorously or gently."
From a leslie sansone fan....

"i am definitely a fan of leslie sansone...i have been using her programs for 18 months....i highly recommend them as easy to do, no equipment necessary, fun exercise....however, i would not recommend this particular dvd...it says it is from 2002 but it is really a compilation of exercise programs from the early 90's...it is very outdated and has lots of complicated aerobic steps which her newer programs do not use...i would recommend her "walk away the pounds" or the "express" dvd's as they are great..."
So much fun!!

"I did this backwards from disappointed. I bought this DVD first and had so much fun I bought the fat burning DVDs. While those are slightly more intense because you use weights, this one is more fun...more like dance. I have a blast every time I put this one on!"
GREAT WORKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Me and my mother both love this DVD. It may be a little more involved than Leslie's other worlouts, but I love the fast pace. I suggest that anyone up for a fun, fast-paced and challenging workout get this DVD. You won't be disappointed, it keeps you on your toes!!!!!!!"
