"I saw this video and immediately thought that it would make a good gift for some of my family members who stuggle with their weight. The video is really well done and Dr. Robert Pritikin presents well. Pritikin covers a lot of interesting information in the video. The topics that registered the most with me were the ones on how the human body reacts to surgar, and the tips on how best to develop an exercise routine. The video confirmed a lot of the advice that I have received over the years from other people."

"This is not another crash diet. It is a scientifically based reasonable life long strategy for acheiving and maintaining good health. Althought his father's diet (Pritikin diet) was not based on good science, the son (Robert Pritikin) is educated and experienced in health science. The recommendations are clear and simple and easy for everyone to follow without gimicks, apparatutus or special diets. A great educational experience in health and nutrition."

"This DVD is the BEST healthy food/diet related resource I have ever seen. I highly recommend it. It's filled with common sense and good advice for a diet anyone can live with. I ended up buying several copies of it, two I gave to family members as birthday presents and the other one is still making the rounds of my co-workers. I showed the DVD to my 80 year old mother who likes everything that is bad for her diet-wise. She was impressed with it and found some advice that even she can live with."
