"I purchased all three Look Great Naked videos (abs, butt and thighs) and they are terrific. In the short time I've been using them I've definitely noticed a difference in my body--especially my thighs and abs. My clothes fit better and my muscle tone has improved. I had used the Firm series for many years, but these videos are even better. Each tape has three workouts so you can change up your routine and achieve variety. Although the workouts are short in time, they are tough. Expect to work up a sweat during the routine. But don't worry, the results are well worth it.Terry"

"This is a very intense workout. However, I found it to be very difficult on the back and knees. Almost all of the "buns" workout is done in a squat position. Also, inner thighs and outer thighs are not worked, which I expected as part of a "buns" routine. I still prefer the original "Buns of Steel" workout to this portion of this DVD."

"This is a great workout DVD. It focuses on the inner and outer thighs, those hard to tone areas. The workouts are short but very concentrated. They are effective and done in proper form. There are 3 levels, each level a bit harder then the prior. Each workout is only 12 short minutes long. Optional ankle weights and light dumbbells can be used to increase the intensity. You can do 1 or all 3, depending on your schedule. The instructor is a bit boring and so is his workout queens, but that's no big deal (they all are in great shape). He have one of the girls demonstrate proper form for each of the exercises, which is great to help prevent knee injuries. All in all, it provides a great workout and if you stick with it, you'll see results. Another great, time crunch, workout DVD is Quick Fix:Total Mix.....Good luck."

"I am relatively new to the world of home exercise, with the exception of a few TaeBo videos. I bought this DVD because my thighs have always been a major problem area, and after doing the video twice am very impressed. The exercises are explained well and very easy to do- its the repetitions that kick my butt! The models are a little lifeless, but their physique is definite motivation. Overall, this DVD was worth my money."

"This is a great workout for your thighs, but it may be difficult for beginners. It takes some practice to learn to isolate the muscles you do not use very often and it is sometimes easy to cheat and use muscles other than those targeted to complete the exercises. I experienced some knee discomfort until I learned how to do this more effectively. The models do look lifeless but that may be to deter you from watching them so that you concentrate more on what you are doing. Brad often mentions that you have to make the muscle to mind connection to be sure you obtain optimal results and he tells the models to smile during the breaks in between sets. It is difficult to complete all of the reps at first, but it becomes a little bit easier with time."
