Movie Reviews

Good entertainment and teaches something too
02/24/2003
(5 out of 5 stars)

"After seeing the poor reviews available, I thought I would add something more helpful -- about the programs themselves. The Madeline programs are sweet, well produced, have clever songs and important messages. My daughters have discovered and love Madeline - I am thankful for something that is good quality to watch, that doesn't have villains, violence and messages that fly over my 2 & 4 yr. olds' heads. (Message re previous reviews: You can choose the episode by pressing "menu"; and the fact that they are not in French does not detract from the quality and impact of the programs."
A Complaint with the DVD format
Cynthia Chan | Toronto, ON, Canada | 05/07/2002
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Well, I have only one complaint, and it should serve as a warning to DVD viewers: The DVD does not go directly to the menu when you put it in to the player. It plays the three episodes BEFORE going to the menu.Other than that, the episodes were great! I just love the songs there!"
