Very indie, very good

"What starts out as a predictable premise, turns into a funny and oddly touching storyline. You really can't mock the mullet unless you've either a) had one, or b) grown up around them. The cultural accuracy in this film is frighteningly impressive; the director obviously has some strong mullet-related issues, both resolved and unresolved. The acting among the primary cast is good overall and the device of a fake-documentary-within-a-fake-documentary makes up for gaps in the quality of the filmmaking.
A formidable debut for this first-time director."
Truly Hilarious!

"A great peace of work from this first time director... Hopefully the Hollywood `blockbuster' producing machine will stand up and take notice of (not to mention support) great movies like this being produced without multimillion dollar budgets and endless resources... good writing, directing, and acting MATTERS! Well worth your money!"
