A very nice family movie.

Synopsis: When the Duchetry family decided to move from the city to small town Vermont, Sam and his sister Courtney (Kate Bosworth) have trouble adjusting. Instead of safe surroundings and friendly folks, Sam's family finds out the hard way just how cruel neighborhood kids and their parents can be. It seems that nothing could possibly end their torment...until they meet Chaser.

Chaser is a flurry, stray dog who takes an immediate liking to the Duchertys. With Chaser's help, Sam and Courtney learn how to outwit the bullies, connect with the community, and warm up Courtney's love interest (Chris Evans). But will Chaser's love and acceptance be enough to prove to the entire town that newcomers really can belong?

Like the other "Sterling" movies, this was an enjoyable getaway from much of the rubbish on TV. It wasn't action packed but it had it's funny moments and it had a good message for younger audiences. We enjoyed this very much.
