I love the booklet with the chapters so i am able to use this dvd as a book and watch the chapter that i want and skip the one i am not interested to watch. Bullet points brings also a lot of help. That was much more faster than reading any book, and i felt like i had several private consultations with so many childbirth expert. I highly recommend it."
