Movie Reviews

"The Park" and a positive message
Michele O'Brien | Chicago, IL USA | 10/15/2005
(4 out of 5 stars)

"I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I am a fan of independent films, so I gave it a try. I am happy to say I was pleasantly suprised. The stories were interesting and most of them quite humorous; I felt like I could relate and reflected on my own experiences. I also liked the positive message in regard to the recreation center as a haven for inner-city youth. I would recommend to anyone who has a love of community, documentaries, and of course...parks."
Good film and a nice message.

"My friend who works for a city park in Jersey purchased the film and lent it to me to watch, said I should really see this documentary. I was skeptical at first but, I must say that I actually found the film very interesting and rather inspiring, I enjoyed it so I thought it was worth typing a review here at Amazon."
