Since the success of High Tension Alejandre Aja has been content with making remakes (The Hills Have Eyes & Mirrors). His remake of the Joe Dante late 70s classic does a decent job of capturing the oveall feel of the film, but ignores the social satire. This film is pure entertainment. People watch this type of film to see killer fish eat people and this film delivers.
