Member Movie Reviews K. K. (GAMER) Reviewed on 1/6/2024... Slow and boring start but then this really took off. There's a young Minnie Driver in this if you are a fan but the true star of this was Juliet Stevenson. Part three slowed down a bit but got going. Synopsis: When the tabloids catch Conservative family-values politician Duncan Matlock (Trevor Eve), in an affair with an escort (Minnie Driver), no one is more stunned than his devoted wife, Flora (Juliet Stevenson). Pressured by her husband, the party machinery, and even her father, Flora maintains a loyal facade at first.
