I loved this series, super addicting, has a beautiful cast. I felt the first season had a focus on the characters that I haven't yet experienced with any other show. If you liked twilight, definitely watch this.

As the series progressed the writers started making the show more buffy like with action (minus the End of the World episode in season 2). It was still entertaining, but I missed the way the writers made the episodes in season 1.

I own all seasons, I will NEVER swap them. I love them too much.

I used to watch this show when it was on...and still love it. One of my favorite shows to date. It's very similar to the whole Twilight phenomenon but of course there are three seasons worth of episodes. Also main characters are alien/human hybrids rather than vampires. Very romantic, has a suspenseful plot. Was hooked from first episode..not sure why it ended so soon but they managed to actually finish off the story in season three rather than abruptly ending the show.

"Roswell is by far the best sci-fi show out there and I was so sad that it only lasted 3 seasons. But, I am glad that they have put this great show into three great box sets so that fans like me can enjoy it for a lifetime. If you are into sci-fi, then you have to watch this show!! It's not just about aliens and even though it is based on high school aged characters, the emotions and complexity of the character go beyond the usual teeny-bopper stuff that you see on TV shows now in days. The creator really goes into depth in making you believe in the characters and the story and makes you build a relationship with the characters and you understand their struggles in your own way, wheter you yourself are going through something similar or if you know someone who struggles with the same issues. Yes, it's about aliens living among humans, but it also is more about the day to day things and emotions we all go through in real life, with the bonus of good action and cool alien powers thrown in!!"

"I saw this show when the pilot aired back in early 2000 and was very impressed or hooked you could say. The show quickly became one of my favorites and I watched as much as I could. Nowadays they do not play it on the Scifi(SYFY) channel anymore. I just watched season one which i bought in 2005 two days ago. This made me instantly addicted again so I came on amazon to see that I could buy all 3 seasons for 48bucks. Thats how much i paid for season one. my season one disk are kinda beat so i replaced it and now i can say i own another one of my all time favorite scifi shows."

"great start to a fantastic season... i watched this show when it was first on television when i was younger and still enjoy the romance, humour, action and drama... i thought it would be good for a laugh to look back at old shows like this but realise that this show was well made in its time with a cast that you could easily connect with in that teenage world as well as adult world... once you start watching you'll need to buy seasons two and three, its addictive..."
