Movie Reviews

EARLY CHANEY!!!!!
larryj1 | AZ, USA | 05/17/2009
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Interesting early film with Lon Chaney Jr. in a dual role. The Alpha DVD is a fairly decent print. Although the opening credits to the film look original, they are not. Originally released through Commodore Pictures, this is a 1943 Astor Pictures re-release capitalizing on Chaney's fame. The credits show as starring Lon Chaney Jr., but at the time of this film he was still billed as Creighton Chaney. I rather doubt the original credits still exist."
