Let's start by saying I don't think it should have been nominated for so many awards. However, I did LOVE this movie. It reminded me of an old-timey sci-fi and romance story. I loved the characters, especially the Thing/Fishman. Whoever played him should have won an award!

I guess what I loved best was the shy, non-assuming girl is the one hiding the secret.

I would definitely watch it again...and again!

I donít know how this movie won so many oscars it starts out very prevented and continues down that road the entire movie this movie should have been rated more then R maybe X rated because thatís all they do the entire movie and lots of blood so not a good movie if your not a fan of blood I couldnít even finish this no talent movie it was plain dumb and boring save yourself a credit and if you must see this rent it for free from your local library or a place like Netflix because itís just that bad oh and I would have gave this no stars if I could
