Based on a true story, Travolta plays a rich guy with too much time on his hands and a love for speed! Plenty of racing action on the water makes this film a must see when the sport of high-speed boat racing was new. The fact that these same fast-moving boats can transport drugs from one place to another makes this an added thrill and danger!

True Story that I thought they played it out well except the younger version of John Travolta.
