Had a few songs we knew and many that sounds similar but the acoustic playing killed it for us. A must if you are a Staind fan though!

Staind - Loved this DVD

"I am glad I got this DVD. Not only were my favourite Staind music tracks on this LIVE MTV concert but the extra features were outstanding. This is a must buy for any serious fan of Staind. The actual concert is CD length with 11 songs sung live in the MTV Studio with many seated Staind fans. The concert is one of just pure raw emotion and the performance is simply amazing. All the songs are sung with emotion drawn on lyrics taken from the lives of these exemplary band members.

The bonus features are just as good as the actual concert with the original videos for Mudshovel, Fade and Outside. The videos are glorious and this was my first time seeing the videos. They fit the theme and mood of the music quite specifically. The MTV Unplugged Interview is a must not miss that the band talks about their history, their interpretations of life in their work and personal time and the complete Lyrics and Discography are packed full of info for any discerning fan of Staind.

Its a marvelous DVD and the behind the scenes taping of 'Fade' is pretty good to watch as well. Both thumbs are up for this DVD. Its one of the best music DVD's I have watched in some time."
Absolutely Amazing

"This is absolutely the best Unplugged performance I have ever seen. I am a relatively new Staind fan (having only ever bought their most recent CD), but I was so struck by their lyrics and music that when I saw the Unplugged DVD on the shelf, I decided to take the leap. Boy am I glad I did !! The visuals are striking, the sound is incredible, and the performance itself, especially by the lead singer, is something that I can easily watch over and over (I think I watched it 5 times the first week I had it !). Staind was already on its way to rivalling Pearl Jam as my favorite band, and this DVD has brought them even closer. The extras that are included, such as the videos and optional on-screen lyrics, are a nice touch, but the live, acoustic performance of the band was well worth the price alone. This one goes on my top shelf !!"
Wow.... just amazing

"Look, you can compare them to AIC all day long... just like comparing Vedder to Morrison, but it gets really old, so just accept it for what it is, great music with alot of impact for so much emotion that the acoustic set is just incredible. I remember seeing them at the KROQ show back in 12/01 when they played both nights, they played one night electric and one acoustic. How many bands can pull that off? Not very many. Anyways, this is great stuff. And yes, I'm a diehard AIC fan, but Staind is allowing the legend of AIC to live on, so ya gotta thank them for that."
