Member Movie Reviews Ellen B. from AZUSA, CA Reviewed on 8/5/2011... This is a must see for everyone. The message is clear and easy to understand. A true story and it presents a decision at the end for each person to make. I recommend this especially for grades 4 on up.
If the graphic part of Jesus being persecuted and dying on the cross is skipped over, any age child could watch the rest. Thank God He did not stay dead, but He is risen! When I previewed it, I was impressed with the effort that was put into the production of the film. But I did not show it to my class because some of the movie was too graphic for their age group. Also, some of the language would've been difficult for them to understand. I would recommend this video for the upper grades 5-6. The children narrating the movie are about that age. I wouldn't recommend it to use with younger children."
