Not the best material by these guys

"For many years now I have loved John Valby and an older comedian show called , "Comedies Dirtiest Dozen" which featured Otto & George.

When I saw this DVD that had the both of them on it, I thought I just had to get it and snatched up a copy.

However, I'm pretty disappointed in the performances. I skipped the first guy whoever he was and went straight to Otto & George. Well, he did have some funny stuff, but a lot of it either was not funny, or was the same act he did on the comedies dirtiest dozen show, but his timing was a lot better on that one then it is here. For a ventriloquist his lips sure move around a lot, he was either drunk, doesn't care anymore or he was better years and years ago. Overall, I'd recommend you find Comedies Dirtiest Dozen rather then this performance. There was a few new good lines and jokes, but enough to satisfy me from what I expected from him and his doll.

John Valby I almost cried when his act started. It is the exact same video he gave away free with his latest album "Coming soon on a face near you" -- It's not his worst video, but far from his best, but I felt really upset to discover I already had this performance on DVD already.

I suppose if you like John Valby and the bonus DVD was not included with the album, then this is a great purchase. But if you are like me and thought you where going to see a new live show you hadn't seen, then you will be as disappointed as I am.

I haven't watched the first guy yet, so I can't review him.

The DVD is pretty much hit play and watch, and a chapter selection, no fancy menu, no bonus features, no subtitles, no nothing.

Purchase it if your a fan of one of these 3 comedians and have to see it. Or if you love dirty comedy that leaves no word left out every 5 seconds. And note this DVD is these 3 guys on one DVD, not these 3 guys preforming together which would have been cool."
