Fundamentalist propaganda
07/11/2004
(1 out of 5 stars)

"Be aware that this film was produced by fundamentalists and stacks the deck in their favor despite the cover's claim that it is a scholarly and scientific treatment of Jesus. If you are looking for a serious discussion of the issues check out these two books: "The Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel and "Challenging the Verdict" by Earl Doherty."
OUTSTANDING!

"If you liked the book 'The Case for Christ' you'll love this DVD. I was amazed to see the scholars interviewed on this program. Among those offering the 'proof' of the Gospels are: Lee Strobel, John Ankerberg, Erwin Lutzer, Josh McDowell along with a host of others (none of which are lightweight scholars). This tape even gives several of the folks from the infamous Jesus Seminar their say.

Only a person who is a `total skeptic' would not appreciate the information in this film.
