A few of these are about haunted houses and evil ghosts(poltergeist)most however are about friendly ghost but all episodes are scary.A lot of these feature commentaries.I'm glad this has gotten an earlier release that October 5th This will be great for Halloween night or whenever you want to hear a ghost story and Robert Stack's Voice accompined by the scary music they used will make this a must have.I also recommend Unsolved Mysteries UFO's and Unsolved Mysteries Miracles.Unsolved Mysteries UFO's will have a tribute to Stack as one of the bonuses."

"I bought this DVD collection to help pass the time on my rowing machine. Mission accomplished: I was almost late to work this morning because i wanted to watch "just one more" episode! The presentation of these stories is superb and is sure to entertain even viewers who (like myself) are born skeptics - but who love a good ghost story just the same. A few reviewers bemoaned the "friendly ghost" episodes, but i found many of those wonderfully creepy, too. This is one of my favorite DVD purchases to date. It'll provide hours of entertainment and is a great value for the price."

"I have purchased and/or rented a lot of true ghost stories in the past and I am usually disappointed in them. This is by far the best collection I have ever seen, 6 hours worth of fantastic stories. The stories are interesting and detailed and it is hosted by the late great Robert Stack whom brings the quality up just by his mere presence. This set is well worth the price, anyone interested in true ghost stories will want to add this set to their DVD collection. The best set I have ever purchased."
Takes me back

"The only drawback is that a few ghost stories are missing. I remember one about a judge's house in the southwest, and one about lights that followed a train which didn't make it on here. Also, I wish they included the original airdates. But still, these are 34 excellent stories. The tribute to Robert Stack, commentary, and interviews were also well done. It's not too expensive, either."
