But the journey is interesting in addressing the challenges of aging in some off beat situations for this boomer pair. Stephen Katz (Nolte) and Bill Bryson (Redford) set out to walk the Appalachian Trail, a 2200 miles trek. Nolte plays a good wild card role to Redford's more even keel. It has its comedic moments.
