Member Movie Reviews Tracy B. (TeaBea) Reviewed on 9/20/2015... 4 Walking Workouts in Beautiful Outdoor Settings - Gaiam Compilation DISC 1: Walking for Weight Loss w/ Madeline Lewis. This workout is 40 Minutes. The last 10 minutes is a nice stretch. Outdoor garden setting. DISC 2: Quick Start Walking for Weight Loss w/ Debbie Rocker. 25 minutes; this is beginner. DISC 3: AM Walking w/ Debbie Rocker. This is a 29 minute walk. Same Hawaiian location as disc 2 DISC 4: Walk Sculpt & Tone w/ Debbie Rocker is a 33 minute workout that uses light dumbbells while walking. Occasionally you will stop to do lunges. Filmed in Sedona AZ. All DVDs are chaptered so you can make the workout shorter if pressed for time. A more varied selection of walks would have included something from Leslie Sansone (instead of 3 walks by Debbie Rocker).
