"Daniel Radcliffe leaves Harry behind"
Nope. He just left his glasses.

I really wasn't expecting a lot out of this film and boy was I surprised. Daniel Radcilffe has made a very successful transition for Harry Potter to his role in this film. He has become the refined adult actor that he was meant to be very successfully.
He has very quietly but forcefully left Harry Potter behind and made big strides with his role in this movie. Some people have misjudged this film. My son won't even watch it because he "Cant stand that accent." I've heard some bizarre reasons for not watching a movie but that one is right up there with the best.
Give this film a shot you may, like myself be very pleasantly surprised.
41/2 out of five.

This is a pretty good horror film. Nothing earth-shaking, but the effects are great and there were some parts that genuinely had me scared. The characters were nicely fleshed out and I really grew to care about what happened to several of them. From what I know of the time period the historical details were handled well, and that house was both impressive and spooky, as it was intended to be. Daniel Radcliffe did a great job with his role. I enjoyed this movie and will happily watch it again.
