This is a wonderful movie with a real feel to it. The acting and plot are great. I never saw 12 Angry Men so I can't compare this movie to that one.

The acting is horrible and the sound quality isn't great. I recommend seeing another version or read the book.

This movie starts out sort of boring but it does get much better. The acting is superb and the ending is one of the best that I have ever seen.

I have read reviews at various places stating that this movie is a horrible commentary on the blind. Those people have missed the entire point and focus of the movie. I think that this movie does make a great point, but unfortunately just in a horribly boring way.

This move seems to go no where. There is a subplot with a female police officer that seems to be a plot from some other movie that somehow got placed in this move. Porter Nash is a gay police officer, and, again, this seems to be pointless. It is only mentioned maybe three or four times and has no relevance to the story line. The movie would have been exactly the same if he were straight and not gay. Actually it felt like if he were not in the movie the story would have almost been the same because he was in the movie so little and his character contributed so little. It is a shame because he was played by a good actor. Jason Stratham, who I like his movies, is just over the top out of control. I know that the audience must suspend some belief but it is just too much.
It is hard to figure out the relationship of some characters to Jason Stratham's. I was paying attention but there is a guy with long blonde hair and I can't figure out who he is; maybe an informant Stratham has worked with in the past? This is just one example.
Overall, I would skip this movie and watch some other suspense/crime movie.

Changeling
Changeling (2009)
Actors: Angelina Jolie, Colm Feore, Amy Ryan
Release Year: 2009

I normally do not think that Angelina Jolie is a great actor but in this movie she is and so is John Malkovich, as usual. The story is great and if it weren't true it would almost be unbelievable.

I have read some reviews on IMDB that state that this is the scariest movie that they have seen. These people must have never seen another horror movie in their lives. It does have a good plot but just needs to have been made better.

I don't get the rave reviews for this movie. I understand that it is a cult classic; I just don't understand why. It is a very violet movie and in some places much too violent. I do get that they movie is making a statement about violence, those raised that way and about a supposed cure. I just found it boring.

This was a hard movie to watch because of what it was about and morals. Should a person do anything to survive even if it means thousands of others dieing? It was worth watching just to get you to think about that.

The acting from everyone was great. The plot was also wonderful. There were some parts that were a bit slow. A movie that makes you think about remorse and forgiveness.

The movie has a great plot and wonderful acting. It is a very different type of action/detective/horror film. I'm glad that I watched it but would not want to watch it again and again.

The acting is great and so is the plot. This movie is basically about a mentally unstable man who gets deeply involved with a teenager that isn't as deeply as involved as he is. She doesn't realize that he is mentally ill until it is too late. I have a mental illness and I think that this movie does a great job in showing how many people with mental illness can, unfortunately, hide their illness very well. Most don't even know that they are hiding it and this is why situations like the one in this movie happen.

A very good documentary. An engaging and uplifting story. Emmanuel was born with one of his legs deformed and in the country where he was born others with deformities are doomed to a life of begging. He was determined to overcome this.

The only thing good about this movie is the end, which is great. But to get to it the viewer must sit through a movie with horrible acting by the main character. I have never seen anything else with Amber Heard and after seeing this movie I never will. The other actors are really pretty good so it is a shame about the lead being so bad. They should remake the movie with a better lead. The plot is okay and I didn't figure out the twist ahead of time. I would give this movie 2 stars only because of the end and the non lead actors good acting, but the lead actress is so bad I can't rate it any higher.

I can't get over how great this movie is. Some parts were predictable but that didn't diminish from the film at all. It is a feel good film but very different from most others. The ending is one of the greatest I have ever seen. It is sad and uplifting at the same time.

When I first saw this movie I wanted to own it on DVD, but I had to wait years and years for it to come out. It is kind of cheesy but great. The girl in it is a very horrible actress but that just seems to make it better.

I really wanted to like this movie because I love just about every movie HB Carter is in. This was predictable and boring. I knew who the old woman was and what was going to happen to HB Carter much before it happened.
